But my friend, if you draw a line in the sand and tell the Universe that your dreams are a reality RIGHT NOW, and take action as if that were the case, you will come to find that you are absolutely right. Breath.

Do you wake up and feel/show/speak your gratitude? It’s time to start acknowledging how grateful we are; to breathe, to walk, to speak, to smile, to be able to simultaneously walk, talk, breathe, AND smile!! Gratitude for even my breath is important to me. Gratitude from my breath, to my friends, to my family, all the way to a single blade of grass – these moments, these objects, this life; it’s all a gift!

Not only will I continue a gratitude journal, but will continue on the journey of fearlessness and gratefulness because this is what fulfills me. I will show up to the present moment of life. I will come from a place of kindness + love to be able to meet fearlessness + gratefulness on a regular basis. I will speak and move from my heart. I will acknowledge and appreciate the awesome gift we are given each and everyday.

I’m grateful for this chance and this breath. ♥c.

Compassion.

When you meet compassion it’s as thought a warmth comes over you and you can feel the light surrounding the space. It’s a special occasion when you are graced with compassion, and not one to take lightly. Grateful for the gift of others meeting me with compassion and grateful that I have the potential to be compassionate with myself (always a work in progress!)

Be kind to yourself and be kind to others – meet life with a sense of compassion.

The Universe is awesome; Karma’s even better.

Thankful for moments where you have complete faith in something, and that certain something shows up! Faith takes work, it takes fearlessness, and it takes you to grand places if you’re willing to step into it. Take my word, letting go and stepping up is worth every moment. Faith is sweet + soft.

This Universe of ours should not go without big thanks, EVERYDAY!

I am grateful for humbling moments.

Moments where you feel the greatness of the world around you are moments I do not take for granted. Nature tends to do it for me, but there are also quiet and small moments when life jolts you and throws it all into perspective. I’m grateful for those immense moments of grandeur and the tiny, seemingly insignificant moments that can catapult you into eating a slice of humble pie (if you’re willing to look).

I’m thankful for the moments that humble me.
